  • How long does it take from ordering to my stationery arriving?
Bespoke wedding stationery can take up to a couple of months before it is with you, since everything is done from scratch. Book as soon as you can to avoid the stress of tight turn around times. Here is a rough timeline for the design process: Design Concept: 2 weeks Feedback and amendments to the concept: 1 week Actual wedding stationery mock up: 1-3 weeks (dependent upon complexity) Feedback and amendments to actual wedding stationery: 1 week Print/Digital copies provided: 1-2 weeks
  • Do you work with LGBTQ+ couples?
We are fully LGBTQ+ inclusive 🌈
  • Are you a sustainable brand?
I certainly try my very best to be as eco-friendly and sustainable as possible. Our packaging is carbon neutral, biodegradable and compostable and made with recycled card. Our outer plastic packaging that helps keep your stationery safe from rain are also biodegradable. We also travel to and from wedding shows in an electric car. We offer paper stock that is recycled, and we have also recently expanded into digital stationery options and offer double sided stationery.
  • When should I order my wedding stationery?
Before the Day Stationery I recommend booking your stationery at least 8-12 weeks before you want to send it, as this gives me enough time to design, print and post your stationery to you or provide you with digital copies. On the Day Stationery This should be ordered about 6 weeks before your wedding day, with the final draft being signed off about 4 weeks before your big day. This allows any last minute changes e.g. with seating plans to be accounted for. Ideally you should aim to have any On the Day Stationery delivered 3-4 weeks before your wedding. It it worth noting that as soon you approve your design concept and pay the 50% deposit then your stationery slot is secured! I only take on so many bespoke wedding stationery projects per month, so slots do get booked up quickly, especially in peak wedding season. I do not like disappointing customers, so please book in advance if possible, you do not need to have all your wedding details finalised to book!

Check out my wedding stationery blog and if you still can't find what you're looking for then please get in touch using the email icon at the top of the page.
  • Do you ship internationally?
Yes, of course! A tracked shipping/postage cost will be included on your quote.
  • Can you copy a design I found on Instagram or Pinterest?
Unfortunately, due to copyright infringement and intellectual property rights I am unable to copy anything you have found on Instagram, Pinterest or a design created by another stationer. I can however, use those designs to inspire your own bespoke wedding stationery and get a better feel for what you like.
  • I have a small budget, can I still get good quality stationery? Do you have any money saving tips?
I am always happy to try and work to a budget. However, I have released my own wedding stationery in house collection which may be a more affordable option, whilst still wowing your guests. Some money saving tips to consider are double-sided invites, perforated RSVP cards and concertina invitations. With concertina's you only pay for one piece of card and printing, making them a really cost effective option!
  • What is your cancellation & returns policy?
All stationery I design is bespoke and unique to you, all printed stationery items are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns due to any errors, it is your responsibility to ensure the wording and spelling on all your stationery is correct before signing it off for print. All deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your order during the design process and/or before the artwork has gone to print, you will not be required to pay your remaining balance on the stationery. Once you have approved the artwork and paid the final balance, the sale becomes final. If it is necessary to postpone your wedding and your stationery has not yet been printed, then I can move your booking to a new date but the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Can you send me some samples?
You will shortly be able to order samples from our online wedding stationery shop for a small fee. All samples come un-personalised and are designed to help you get a feel for the paper and print before ordering your own personalised set.
  • When should I send out my save the dates and wedding invites?
So that all guests have time to save money, book time off work, sort accommodation and arrange for childcare (if required) it is always best to let them know about your wedding as soon as possible. Save The Dates Once you have your date secured at your venue then you can look to begin the save the date design process. These can be sent anytime from 12 -18 months before your big day. If the wedding is abroad I would lean closer towards the 18 month mark. Invitations If you have sent a save the date then invitations should be sent out around 4-6 months before your wedding day. If you have not opted for a save the date then think about sending your invitations a little earlier, perhaps around the 6-9 months stage.
  • How many wedding invitations do I need?
Typically you only need to send 1 invitation per household, couple or individual. Although, I highly recommended ordering around 5-10 more than you require to allow for guest list changes, postal issues and miscalculations. Any spare invitations can make beautiful keepsakes, or provide some to the photographer on your wedding day who can make them into a lovely arrangement for a memorable photo. Ordering additional small quantities of invitations if you end up short can be extremely costly.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
If you're making a purchase from our "In House Collection" then debit/credit cards are the preferred method of payment and you will be prompted to enter your details through the checkout process. If you're making a purchase from our "Bespoke Wedding Stationery" options then you will be sent an invoice giving you two options of how to make payment: 1. Stripe using your credit card (most convenient and secure for our customers) 2. Bank Transfer
  • I have no idea what needs including on my wedding invites, can you help?

  • Can you tell me more about foiling?
Foiling is a beautiful way to elevate your wedding stationery to the next level of luxury. We offer digital foiling which is a process that leaves you with shiny, metallic accents, printed onto your design. Digital foiling is available in seven colours: silver, gold, rose gold, copper, red and blue on silk or recycled silk paper types. Opting for foiling will increase the cost of your order, so you may want to consider which stationery options to prioritise.
  • How do I book with you?
For bespoke wedding stationery please head to my contact us page where you can fill out our enquiry form. You can also book a no obligation Zoom call with me through Calendly (on our contact us page) too!
  • Can you tell me more about your pricing?
My bespoke wedding stationery pricing includes the time taken for me to design something unique to you and provide digital copies. The choices you can opt for for bespoke wedding stationery are endless! There are so many different types of paper stock, designs, finish (such as foiling) that it can be pretty hard to decide how much of your wedding budget you should allocate towards wedding stationery! On average, couples invest between 3-6% for their 'Before the Day' stationery (this includes Save the Dates, Invitation Suites etc) and an extra 1-3% of their wedding budget towards their 'On the Day' stationery (including items such as Table plan, Menus, Place Cards etc). For more information on this topic please see the Investment segment on my wedding stationery ultimate guide Please note that I work alone and all jobs are priced competitively.
